El Nido Resorts recently concluded its Earth Day celebration – an event we ardently observe every year. For 2015, activities held were a Coastal Cleanup at Lio Beach, a “ScuBasura” Underwater Cleanup at Miniloc, a tour of the Materials Recovery Facility at Dagal-Dagal Island, and a Movie Night at Pangulasian Island. Both staff and guests were involved in the celebration. Everyone had fun whilst learning a thing or two about how ENR carries out its commitment to protecting El Nido’s resources. And true justice was done for the environment, with garbage collected amounting close to 100kg.
