The organic farm produces lettuce and arugula in its 8 plastic greenhouses. The greenhouses trap heat and regulate the water supply of the vegetables, as they easily drown during the heavy rain season.
Corn, tomatoes, green beans (sitaw), squash, cucumber, and eggplant are also grown next to the greenhouses. Papayas and pineapples bear fruit for the resorts too. The farm also provides some herbs, basil, tarragon, and mint.

All the produce is enriched using the compost from the materials recovery facility (MRF), without any herbicides, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers.
Pigs are housed in the farm. They eat leftover produce that isn’t sent to the resorts. The pigs drink from a trickling spout instead of a large trough to conserve water. Nothing is wasted at the farm!
